The Brand Communications Manager primary responsibility is to establish an internal communications hub to ensure the CVB’s initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to departments and stakeholders. The Brand Communications Manager directs the preparation and creation of external and internal marketing materials including the Board Report, the City Reports, and the Annual Report. The Brand Communications Manager possesses a positive, upbeat attitude and role in the organization. Promotes and exemplifies CVB values.


The Brand Coordinator provides support to the brand development team supporting all departments and destination partners. The goal is to support and coordinate brand creative projects, video production, reporting and the digital asset management system (DAM). All tasks performed to maintain a universal and consistent GPSCVB brand look and distinct visual personality, as well as maintain a destination marketing position reflecting consumer insights and goals set by the Destination Development Plan.


The Marketing Manager actively develops and communicates the Destination Marketing Strategic Plan. The Marketing Manager works with the internal team as well as vendors to develop media plans and develops a marketing program focused on driving awareness and revenue to local businesses. Within the fast-paced working environment, the Marketing Manager coordinates project deadlines, budgets, and acts as the point of contact for agencies and staff.


The Research Analyst is responsible for monitoring consumer, economic, business, airline, leisure travel, and business meetings trends and advising on their impact on the destination and GPSCVB and its programs; overseeing marketing effectiveness research and analysis; providing foundational research for GPSCVB’s annual brand management (marketing) plan; and assisting CVB staff and partners with their information requests.


The Director of Partnership Development is responsible for overall Partner investment in CVB marketing programs, co-ops and events. Engage with destination Partners to further regional collaboration and support the CVB’s Destination Development Plan (DDP). The Director looks for innovative partner programs and initiatives to drive the DDP forward. The Director is responsible for developing sponsorships for CVB programs and initiatives and selling co-op advertising. The Director of Partnership Development is also responsible for the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program, Restaurant Week, and the management of other destination development programs, events or initiatives.
