When you submit an RFP to our staff, you’re tapping into a team of energetic professionals with an extensive network, who make site selection and meeting planning a breeze.
With one call or e-mail, we’ll distribute your RFP only to the hotels and venues that best meet your specific requirements. We can arrange to have individual responses sent to you directly or we can organize responses into a single presentation. We’ll also monitor progress to help you meet your deadlines.
Our team can also organize customized site inspections and offer easy access to venues and locations that are not always available to the public. Furthermore, we’re experts on the area’s hidden treasures, many of which might fall below a planner’s radar.
Once you’re on board, we can assist you with marketing support to entice attendees and on-site support that runs from housing, registration and conference staffing to destination transportation and logistics.
3. Destination Services
The Destination Services Department at the Greater Palm Springs CVB can also provide essential assistance to meeting planners who plan events through the CVB.
Assistance includes: recommending meeting services, facilities, attractions, and transportation, as well as offering itinerary suggestions for group attractions, spousal programs, golf arrangements and off-site locations for group functions. Other available services include attendance-boosting and pre-mailing of information and destination brochures.
4. Advance Planning
The CVB’s Destination Services Department is available for personal consultations on program and activity scheduling. You can rely upon the team to share ideas and helpful hints for special tours, transportation, venues, theme parties, spousal programs, unique gifts, and presentations.
5. Destination Brochures
The CVB can supply destination brochures featuring an in-depth look at the many attractions, facilities, and activities throughout Greater Palm Springs.
6. Visitors Guide
An attractive, full-color visitors guide outlines special events for the current month, golf courses, area maps, attractions, restaurants, and shopping information and is available at no charge. The CVB also publishes an annual Visitors Guide that is an attractive magazine-style publication
A destination video (downloadable) and an online high-resolution destination photo gallery are available upon request to help promote upcoming meetings in the Greater Palm Springs area.
