Public arts initiatives have given street artists in Greater Palm Springs larger creative canvases to work on. The City of Coachella itself is home to a plethora of must-see murals, which include “La Cosecha Del Futuro” by Mexican artist Sego y Obval. The dynamic, colorful piece is filled with honors — the hands herald farm workers, the grape leaves give a nod to civil rights activist Cesar Chavez, and the birds tribute to Mexican migrants. One of the most powerful works of art in the area.
