Gabrielle LaRochelle is a social media professional and journalist whose work is deeply shaped by travel and cross-cultural storytelling. She graduated in 2020 from The New School’s Eugene Lang College in New York City with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Design and Global Studies, along with a minor in Race and Ethnicity. In 2023 spent a year studying in Paris at Université de Paris CITE, pursuing a Master of Arts in History and Civilization.
Her work has taken her across the United States and abroad, collaborating with organizations such as Jhpiego, The Climate Reality Project, Friends of National Parks Foundation, and the MegaFauna Foundation. Some of her favorite places to work and travel include Indonesia and Brazil, where spending time on the ground deepened her interest in culture, environmental storytelling, and community-centered narratives. When she is not traveling or working in social media and digital storytelling, she can usually be found creating music or settling in a comfy bed to watch a good limited/prestige series on HBO or Apple TV.
