California Restaurant Month returns in January, and for the first time ever, Greater Palm Springs will be part of the foodie fun!

As part of the month-long culinary celebration, Greater Palm Springs will feature a series of chef-led dinners. Restaurants throughout the Coachella Valley will also host wine dinners, dinner shows and other dining events throughout the month.

The Person Behind the Menu: Chef's Dinner with Drew Davis of Catalan
Jan. 11 & 18 | 5 - 9 p.m.

Join Chef Drew Davis of Catalan in Rancho Mirage for an evening featuring his favorite Mediterranean dishes, hosted by Chef Drew himself. Menu highlights include jamón ibérico, charred deep-water Spanish octopus, squid ink paella and pan-seared eastern diver scallops. The $69 prix fixe dinner includes three courses and a selection of amuse bouche.
