Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week is the perfect time to experience a variety of cuisine in the desert, including some of the area’s newest dining spots. This year, Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week is happening from May 31 through June 9, with over 100 restaurants participating. These eateries offer special fixed price menus, featuring two or more courses during lunch and three courses during dinner. Reservations are recommended to ensure that you can get a table, and when you reserve online through the Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week site, a donation will be made to FIND Food Bank. We did the legwork for you and checked out some of the newest restaurants participating this year!

1. Antigua Kitchen + Bar

The team behind L’Olivo Italian restaurant in Palm Springs has opened a second local eatery called Antigua Kitchen + Bar. Antigua features American and internationally-influenced cuisine made with locally-sourced ingredients. The main course offerings on the special restaurant week dinner menu include enticing options like the Antigua Trio Sea, with salmon, prawns and sea bass in white wine, lemon and lime sauce.

2. Grand Central

Located in La Plaza in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, Grand Central features seasonally-inspired California cuisine and creative cocktails. We’re looking forward to trying the Horseradish Havarti Chicken on the restaurant week dinner menu, served with savory roasted pear and farro tomato sauce.

3. Solano's West Coast Bistro

Located in charming Old Town La Quinta, Solano’s West Coast Bistro combines California cuisine with influences from Baja Mexico and beyond. Their restaurant week dinner menu includes choices like ribeye steak with sautéed mushroom and roasted poblano butter sauce, and blackened prawns with parmesan risotto and sweet peas.

4. Daniel's Table

At Daniel’s Table in Cathedral City, chef Daniel Villanueva works with organic and seasonal foods from local farmers to create his menu of Mediterranean and internationally-influenced dishes. Main course fare during restaurant week includes options such as Una Village salmon with smoked tomato jam, spices and herb oil, and Bison Back Ribs fire-grilled in a mint, red wine and honey baste.

5. 360 Sports

360 Sports is a recent addition to the Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage, featuring elevated bar food and other casual fare, with wraparound digital screens showing your favorite teams. One of the dinner entrée options is a chicken caprese sandwich with pesto grilled chicken, fresh tomato, baby gem lettuce, fresh mozzarella, balsamic aioli on a ciabatta roll, followed by the Brandini Toffee s’mores sundae (vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallow, chocolate fudge, graham cracker crumb, Brandini Toffee crumble).  

6. Maria José Peruvian Gourmet

Authentic Peruvian cuisine is the focus at Maria José Peruvian Gourmet in Rancho Mirage, with some delicious-sounding restaurant week menu items including Empanada de carne (two turnovers stuffed with beef, served with cilantro aioli) and Arroz con Pato (cilantro rice topped with confit boneless duck and sautéed onion on citric Peruvian yellow sauce).

7. Kitchen 86 + Bar

Located on El Paseo in Palm Desert, Kitchen 86 + Bar offers an eclectic menu of continental cuisine featuring local, organic ingredients. One standout option on their restaurant week menu is Salmon Bon Gusto, served with basmati rice, asparagus, tomatoes, portobellos and spinach.

8.  O’Caine’s Irish Pub

The restaurant week menu at O’Caine’s Irish Pub in Rancho Mirage features staples such as shepherd’s pie, fish and chips and bangers and mash, as well as a unique dessert twist: chocolate Guinness mousse!
