GASTROTRUCK: Plus, Harvest Kitchen sets themselves apart with their biodiesel food truck. Built for distance, they can cater onsite anywhere, with no need for renting equipment or building a satellite kitchen. Plus the truck looks really cool and is a much better presentation than a pop tent with coolers and portable burners.

THE FOOD: And last but not least, they're food is incredibly delicious, sourced strictly from organic California farms. Menus are diverse and are primarily gluten-free, and not much bread, pasta, or "heavy" foods. The post-lunch slump is a real thing. Harvest Kitchen wants to keep your crews energized and excited.
