NEW AIR SERVICE

Southwest Airlines is now offering nonstop service to Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) joining ten other airlines. PSP now offers flights nonstop from 30+ destinations and connects to over 500 destinations worldwide. Once landed, you will also find new dining options to greet you upon arrival at PSP. Hotels and resorts have been busy renovating and updating their offerings to continue to provide top of the line options for groups and visitors alike. The Margaritaville Resort Palm Springspreviously the Riviera Palm Springs, is the brand's first West Coast resort. midcentury styled resort offers accessibility, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Here you will find indoor and outdoor dining options, as well as more than 40,000 square feet of wedding, meeting and event space.

Updated room at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa 

Meeting attendees will find elevated spaces when looking at the luxurious JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa,  that has completed more than $50 million in renovations, including a completely transformed lobby and stylish new furnishings, carpets and wallpaper in all guest rooms. Freshly redesigned meeting and event rooms reflect the desert landscape and the property’s midcentury roots.

Event on lawn space

Head to the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, where a recent 560 room renovation including 103 suites, looks out upon breathtaking views of the mountains. Here you will find a beautiful olive grove for your next lawn event, a refreshed lobby and bar and a fitness center complete with Peloton bikes and state-of-the-art exercise equipment.

The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa is undergoing a $15+ million resort-wide renovation with new and expanded outdoor areas for live music and events, as well as updated guest rooms and meeting spaces. And, weaving wellness throughout the resort experience, the property is bringing forth a whole new wellness experience by taking it a step further than just in the spa.

Debuting in January 2022, the Miramonte Resort & Spa  is currently undergoing a stunning renovation and reimagining. This property-wide transformation will include redesigned and upgraded rooms, a new restaurant and bar concept, new outdoor dining and gathering spaces, modernized meeting rooms and an updated pool experience.

Hyatt Regency Water Slides

The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa  made a splash with their upgrades. Reimagined dining spaces and an updated lobby allow for social distancing and contactless check in. If you follow this four-star resort out to the scenic mountain views, you will see the new 450ft lazy river, 30ft waterslides and seven new swimming pools, making it a fun location for attendees to bring their families!

The four-story Residence Inn by Marriott  will open near the intersection of Highway 111 and Dune Palms Road near shopping, dining and a state-of-the-art movie theater.

Coachella Valley Arena

The ground breaking of the Coachella Valley Arena was celebrated in Summer of 2021. This 10,000-seat indoor arena will host sporting events, a minor league hockey team, and potentially your next meeting!
