Acrisure Arena
One of the biggest additions to Greater Palm Springs is the Acrisure Arena, sitting on 43 acres of land near Palm Desert, between Interstate 10 and the Classic Club golf course. This state-of-the-art sports and entertainment arena will not only host concerts, events, and meetings but will also be home to Coachella Valley Firebirds, an American Hockey League team affiliated with the NHL’s Seattle Kraken. This venue is set to seat up to 11,000 people, offering 20 luxury suites for 16 guests each, 4 Club Areas, and will offer many options for food and drink vendors. Sensei Porcupine Creek
Smaller groups will want to know about the new Sensei Porcupine Creek, an expansive 230-acre property transformed from the private estate of Larry Elison. The Spa at Sec-he
The Spa at Sec-he is set to open in 2023 and aims to be one of the most luxurious hot springs spas in the nation. The water will be sourced directly from the underground Agua Caliente Hot Mineral Spring, said to be 12,000 years old with a unique composition.It will feature a 48,000-square-foot museum and a luxurious 40,000-square-foot hot springs spa. Located at the corner of N Indian Canyon and E Tahquitz Canyon Way in Palm Springs, this spa will be apart of the new Agua Caliente Cultural Plaza, which will feature a gathering plaza, gardens and an oasis trail, recreating the character, flora and beauty of the original Indian Canyons. This new space will offer many great opportunities to host meetings, private events, and team building.
Palm Springs Surf Club
We’re also looking forward to the opening of the surfer-designed Palm Springs Surf Club. It will feature a wave pool and include private cabanas, a restaurant, and a spa. With state-of-the-art technology, the wave can be adjusted for beginners as well as pros, making it perfect for site events and team building.
The Living Desert Rhino Savanna
The Living Desert has officially opened its new four-acre Rhino Savanna habitat. They have welcomed their two newest residents, the black rhinos Nia and Jaali, who share the space with 11 other African species. Within this habitat is a new event space, which offers an incredible view of the surrounding Rhino Savanna.
