CO-OP PROGRAMS

Dear CVB Partner,

After a successful year of cooperative advertising campaigns in 2019, the CVB debuted several new opportunities in addition to legacy programs for the 2020 season. These opportunities were created to leverage your advertising budget and increase exposure, offering deep value and allowing for a much larger voice and presence in markets monetarily prohibitive otherwise.

In March 2020, co-op advertising programs were paused in alignment with the overall Greater Palm Springs media plan. The CVB will be working with Partners on an individual basis to resume advertising throughout the remainder of the year. If you are interested in any of the following programs or would like more information, please contact Dana Fury at dfury@gpscvb.com.

Please note that with the ever-changing nature of COVID-19 rules and regulations, program timing may shift or pause at any time.

  • Television Co-Ops
    • “Summer Chill” Television Co-Op ($25,000)
      • Includes 4 months of cable television, KTLA, and connected television
      • Programs run May – August
      • Space is limited for this opportunity, and the deadline to sign up for Summer 2020 is December 2, 2019Please see the Marketing Co-Op Opportunities for more details.
    • “Fall Chill” Television Co-Op ($25,000)
      • Includes 4 months of cable television, KTLA, and connected television
      • The program runs September - December
      • Space is limited for this opportunity. Please see the Marketing Co-Op Opportunities for more details.
    • “Find Your Oasis” Television Co-Op ($25,000)
      • Includes 4 months of cable television and connected television
      • The program runs from January – April OR May – August OR September – December

  • Billboard Co-Op

    Digital Outdoor Billboard Co-Op (Price Varies)

    • Includes digital outdoor billboards in your choice of market: Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Minneapolis
    • Prices vary based on market and number of billboards
    • Space is limited and certain markets are only available seasonally. The signup deadline is 4 weeks ahead of desired launch date to allow for billboard creation and approval. Please download the co-op information form for additional details and pricing.

  • Adara Co-Op

    Adara Digital Retargeting Advertising Co-Op ($3,500)

    • Includes CVB-produced digital display ads retargeting visitors to the CVB and Partner websites
    • One (1) month packages offered year-round
    • Space is limited to two (2) partners per month for this opportunity. Signup deadline is at least 6 weeks ahead of desired launch to allow for Adara pixel to be placed.

  • Locale Co-Op

    Locale Magazine Digital Content Advertising Co-Op ($2,500)

    • Includes Locale-produced custom web editorial article featured on Locale’s website, social media promotion, and accompanying banner advertisements produced by the CVB.
    • One (1) month packages offered year-round
    • Space is limited for this opportunity. Signup deadline is at least 6 weeks ahead of desired launch date to allow for article and ad creation/approval.

  • Pandora Co-Op

    Pandora Audio / Video Advertising Co-Op ($3,000 - $6,000)

    • Includes CVB-produced :30 Connected Home Audio Ad ($3,000) and/or :30 Video Plus Ad ($3,000). Video Plus ads are offered to partners with a current TV co-op spot only.
    • One (1) month packages offered from May – August

  • Social Media Co-Op

    Social Media Advertising Co-Op ($5,000)

    • Includes designated Instagram Story, Facebook image, and Pinterest post linking to partner deal, as well as CVB-coordinated on-location photography at Partner location and $2,000 total media spend behind Instagram and Facebook ads running on @VisitGreaterPS accounts.
    • Space is limited to six (6) partners for this opportunity. Please download the co-op information form for additional details and pricing.
