The Pilates Method is a movement technique developed by Joseph Pilates which trains practitioners to integrate Mind and Body, creating many positive overall benefits. The foundation of Pilates is focused on strengthening the trunk or “core” of the body. This includes the deepest abdominal muscles which act as an internal corset for the body, as well as the pelvic floor and many stabilizing muscles.

 We offer specialized private Pilates instruction as well as a variety of group class types that aim to help strengthen the body, mind, and connection to oneself through movement.

Reformer Classes

4 Class Reformer Package $144 ($36/class)

Enjoy the benefits of the universal Reformer in a small group setting. We request at least 2 private sessions before joining any Reformer class. Classes are limited to 6 people in order to ensure personalized attention and proper execution of repertoire.

Springboard Classes

4 Class Springboard Package $144 ($36/class)

Pilates Springboard is a wall mounted version of Joseph Pilates’ spring-based trapeze table (or Cadillac) which accommodates the entire Pilates mat series, and SO much more. Because of its vertical nature, Springboard allows for more aerobic applications (lunging, running, jumping, etc.), which translate to wonderful cardiovascular benefits inside your Pilates program! Classes are limited to 6 people. All classes are open level.

Barre Classes

4 Class Barre Package $92 ($23/class)*

Barre is a low impact but high intensity class that combines elements of ballet dance, pilates, general fitness, low impact cardio, strength training, and yoga. We move to the beat of the music but no actual dancing is involved. We focus on small, isometric movements that exhaust the muscles to the point of fatigue. While always low impact, you can expect to sweat and feel your muscles working! Michelle’s Barre class combines creates classic barre technique with fresh, creative choreography and heart pumping playlists. No two classes will ever be the same with new sequences each week!
