Property Maintenance Manager
Maintaining an orderly and efficient mailroom and stockroom, preparing mail and shipments, delivering and picking up inventoried collateral and amenity items to various valley businesses, performing facility repairs, maintaining facility sub-contractors, and coordinating vehicle maintenance.
Property maintenance manager will provide occasional administrative support to the Director of Operations, to include: purchases of equipment/tools, tracking of expenses, turn-on/shut-down of boardroom AV equipment and occasional on-site pc accessibility assistance.
Convention Sales Coordinator
This position is a multifaceted support role from a sales perspective. The Coordinator Position will assist the team with sales duties like lead entering, sourcing to partners, pick-up requests and database management. Duties include, but are not limited to, handling client servicing requests, partner referrals, research, reporting, amenity fulfillment, and additional administrative duties as directed by management. This ideal individual will possess strong communication skills, knowledge of the destination’s key hotels, attractions and services, a passion for teamwork and a willingness to learn and adapt in this fast-paced environment.
