Since its inception in 2018, the Foundation has awarded scholarships to help local students start their careers in hospitality and tourism. Today, we’re evolving—expanding beyond scholarships to offer workforce training, youth development, and leadership programs for professionals at every stage.

Since its inception, the foundation has awarded more than $153,000 in scholarships, supported robust workforce development and youth engagement programs through partners like OneFuture Coachella Valley and College of the Desert, and trained over 1,000 TEAM GPS Champions as destination ambassadors. As we evolve, this legacy of impact continues, now with a wider scope and deeper commitment to regional prosperity.
