Since its inception in 2018, the Foundation has awarded scholarships to help local students start their careers in hospitality and tourism. Originally begun as the Greater Palm Springs Tourism Foundation, its scope expanded in 2026 beyond scholarships and the tourism industry to offer workforce training, youth development, and leadership programs for professionals at every stage across all industries in the Coachella Valley.
