Convention Sales

In 2021, the Convention Sales team exceeded their team booking goal and reached 138% of their room night goal with strong lead volume at 88% of pre-pandemic levels (2019).

With the official re-opening of group business in California in June 2021, the demand for destination client visits returned with 51 total visits occurring in 2021 worth 62,531 room nights.

Additionally, the team returned to in-person travel for industry events and tradeshows such as MPI, ConferenceDirect, Prestige, and IMEX.

The sales team continued to engage with our customers through e-newsletters, webinars, presentations, and face-to-face meetings.
