Top-Producing Segments: Health & Medical, Trade & Commercial, and Sporting Events, including MSL Next Fest, which delivered 11,442 room nights.
Top Regions by End-User: Northern California, Southern California, and the Midwest.
2025 Outlook
Ahead of Target: Currently 8% above the pace target, with 213,815 room nights booked (target: 197,135).
Quarterly Trends: Q1–Q3 show year-over-year growth, while Q4 remains a priority and need period for hotels. This is reflected in the below quarterly breakdown:
- Q1: Up 39% to STLY
- Q2: Up 30% to STLY
- Q3: Up 11% to STLY
- Q4: Down 46% to STLY
2026 Forecast
Near Target: At 99% of the goal, with 90,832 room nights booked (target: 91,299).
2027 and Beyond
The team remains focused on targeting national associations to lay the groundwork for future years as well as state association which tends to rotate into the southern California market impacting Q4.
