The Greater Palm Springs Tourism Foundation offers scholarships for the Leadership Institute Certificate offered by College of the Desert’s PaCE program.
This 7-course training program prepares individuals interested in advancing their career by teaching them valuable leadership skills, including employee engagement, leadership essentials, authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, values & ethics, project management, and challenges of leadership. The scholarship is intended for hospitality employees, new to supervisory positions or who have a strong potential for career advancement with the tools gained from this type of training.

The scholarship is for employees at hotels, vacation rental management companies, restaurants, or attractions in the Coachella Valley. The application must be completed by a supervisor, business manager, or owner. Employers will be contacted to verify eligibility. These scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
