Greater Palm Springs Meeting Oasis Incentive

Meeting in Greater Palm Springs during our off-peak “chill” season just got even more enticing with the return of our ever popular Meeting Oasis incentive! Visit GPS will provide clients with a rebate that can be utilized for facility rental, food & beverage expenditures, audio visual expenses or other meetings-related fees. The credit will be awarded based on 70% pick up of paid and consumed rooms at one of our destination hotels and resorts.

Incentive Dates: May 25-Sept. 11, 2026 | May 31-Sept. 10, 2027 | May 29-Sept. 8, 2028 

Per room night credit: $4.00 rebate (except August 1-30: $6 rebate).

Participating in the Meeting Oasis incentive is simple.

• The meeting or event must be contracted by March 31, 2026. Other limitations may apply.
• The program must actualize May 25-September 11, 2026; May 31-September 10, 2027; or May 29-September 8, 2028 to receive funding credit.
• Non-revenue generating room nights do not receive room night credit.
• This rebate will be paid to the client upon confirmation of full payment of group’s master account to the hotel.
• Visit Greater Palm Springs will calculate payment based on actualized room night pick up less complimentary room nights 
• from the contracted hotel.
• The credit will be awarded based on 70% or greater paid and consumed room nights at one of our destination hotels and resorts.
• This offer is not valid for groups already contracted at a destination hotel or resort.
• The group must contract and actualize 10 rooms on peak night or more to qualify for the offer.
• This offer is not valid with any other Visit GPS offers or promotions.
• This offer is only available for new business.
• This offer is only valid for business sourced through Visit Greater Palm Springs sales team.
