By accessing and downloading media from our digital library, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Usage Rights
Visit Greater Palm Springs grants limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable permission to download and use images from our digital media library for approved purposes only, as outlined below. These images are the property of Visit Greater Palm Springs or our partners and may not be used outside the scope of these terms. All intellectual property rights in the materials remain the property of Visit Greater Palm Springs or the original content creator. No ownership rights, use rights (except those provided herein), or any interest in Visit Greater Palm Springs trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, logos, commercial symbols, copyright, patents, and any other intellectual property rights affiliated are transferred through this agreement. Images must be credited with: “Courtesy of Visit Greater Palm Springs.”
Images are available solely for:
- Editorial use by news outlets, trade media, and magazine publishers covering our destination.
- Partners and members of our organization creating destination-related promotional materials.
- Meeting planners or event organizers promoting conventions or events in our destination.
- Select tour operators actively selling or marketing our destination.
