Voted "Best Italian Restaurant" 2011 and 2012 by Palm Springs Life readers. Johnny Costa, the founder, has been a chef and restaurant owner in the Palm Springs area since 1976. He was one of the few chefs ever invited to cook for Frank Sinatra at his estate. Steak Sinatra is still a favorite of diners'. Enjoy great classic, delicious Italian food with flair as Johnny’s son, head chef Vince Costa, continues the family tradition, perfectly executing the family recipes and delighting customers with a dining experience that is amazing. Authentic brick oven pizzas were added to the menu.
