Prix Fixe Menus and Dining Specials Across the Coachella Valley

GREATER PALM SPRINGS, CA (April 14, 2026) – Food lovers are invited to savor the very best of the region as Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week returns from May 29 to June 7, 2026. Presented by Agua Caliente Casinos, this highly anticipated ten-day event celebrates the area’s culinary scene, welcoming both locals and visitors to explore outstanding dining experiences across the Coachella Valley.

During Restaurant Week, participating restaurants feature special prix fixe menus and exclusive offerings, inviting guests to explore a wide range of culinary offerings. Among the many participating restaurants are:

  • Alice B, Palm Springs – An inspired menu blending Southern California’s seasonal bounty with the lively flavors of the Mediterranean, brought to life by James Beard and Julia Child award-winning chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken.
  • Café One Eleven, Cathedral City – A refined dining experience using locally sourced ingredients, featuring a blend of elevated American classics and regional specialties, ranging from prime cuts of steak to farm-to-table salads highlighting seasonal flavors of the desert.
  • Seven Olive Modern Gastropub, Indian Wells – Serving elevated pub fare that reimagines classic favorites with seasonal ingredients and chef-driven techniques in dishes like birria taquitos, Wagyu Pub Burger, Braised Lamb Shank, and more. 
  • Double Date, Rancho Mirage – Inspired by the Coachella Valley’s legacy as the Date Capitol of the World, the menu celebrates the sun-soaked bounty of both California and Italy, with bold flavors that seek to inspire shared connections in a revitalized space.
  • Mole Mexican Kitchen, Palm Desert – A celebratory culinary experience fusing the bold flavors and traditions of Mexico with locally sourced ingredients.
  • Coachella Firehouse Bar & Grill, Coachella – A high-energy atmosphere in the heart of Sixth Street, serving up a menu of bold American and Hispanic comfort food, wood-fired pizzas, and specialty burgers.  
  • Delicias Mexican Cuisine, Desert Hot Springs – Inspired by the fusion of national and foreign cultures in Mexico City, Delicias offers traditional Michoacán-style dishes and handmade tortillas.
  • Jackalope Ranch, Indio – Offering an expansive dining experience where guests can enjoy finely smoked BBQ, prime steaks, and classic American fare in an elevated estate setting.
