This annual event begins with a brief memorial service at 1:00 p.m. to honor local military members, followed by the Flower Drop itself.

The main event features a vintage warbird flying over Palm Springs, dropping red and white carnations to honor fallen soldiers. Visitors are encouraged to gather flowers to take home as a commemoration. In addition to the main event, the air museum will host local food and drink vendors, live music, and kids' activities and offer affordable rides in vintage warplanes!
