What Is the Love Local & Shop Local Gift Card Program? 

4 Saints, Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs

This digital gift card initiative was designed to support small businesses and give diners extra spending power at participating restaurants this year. This special Restaurant Week edition returns just in time for Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week, with the cities of Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage offering unique incentives. 

When you purchase a gift card, the city will contribute a bonus amount — giving you more to spend and more to savor during Restaurant Week! 

 

How It Works 

Palm Springs 

  • SOLD OUT: Love Local Restaurant Week edition gift cards go on sale Monday, May 19, 2025

    • ​Palm Springs Love Local gift cards in support of Restaurant Week are sold out. Diners can still use their extra $50 bonus card at over 35 restaurants participating in the Palm Springs Love Local program from May 30 through June 8, 2025. 

  • Buy a $100 gift card, receive a $50 city bonus card  

  • Bonus dollars must be used by June 8, 2025 

  • Palm Springs city bonus cards are only valid at Palm Springs restaurants and businesses participating in the Palm Springs Love Local program (not all Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week participants). Please browse dineGPS.com and look for the “LOVE LOCAL” link at the top of each restaurant’s description to see which Restaurant Week restaurants are accepting cards. 

  • Purchase cards and view all participating businesses at Yiftee

Rancho Mirage 

  • Shop Local Restaurant Week edition gift cards go on sale Friday, May 30, 2025

  • Buy a gift card in denominations of $50, $100, $200, $300, or $500 and receive a city bonus card with 50% value

    • Note: Shop Local gift cards have no expiration, but city bonus cards must be used during Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week and will expire on June 9, 2025. 

  • Rancho Mirage city bonus cards are only valid at Rancho Mirage restaurants and businesses participating in the Rancho Mirage Shop Local program. Please browse dineGPS.com and look for the “SHOP LOCAL” link at the top of each restaurant’s description to see which Restaurant Week restaurants are accepting cards.

  3. Receive your digital card instantly via email or text.
