College of the Desert
The Culinary Arts program at College of the Desert offers an AS degree in Culinary Management along with a variety of specialized certificate programs designed to prepare students with hands-on training for careers in the food service and lodging industries.
The AA degree in Hospitality Management at College of the Desert prepares students to transfer to 4-year programs in hospitality or to obtain entry and mid-level management positions in a variety of hospitality sectors including hotels, restaurants, travel services, gaming and entertainment, recreation, managed services, and special events. Certificate programs are also available.
