Rancho Mirage, California – In an effort to encourage meeting planners to book during the off-peak “chill” season, Visit Greater Palm Springs has re-launched the “Meeting Oasis Incentive” this summer.
Clients who book a meeting in the destination during the summer months will receive a rebate of $5 per room night on Sunday-Thursday bookings. The rebate can be utilized for facility rental, food and beverage costs, audio visual expenses, or other fees related to the designated meeting.
To participate, planners can submit an RFP to contract an event by Dec. 31 for events happening in June, July or August of 2023, 2024 or 2025 to receive the credit. Find more information on Visit Greater Palm Springs’ Meeting Oasis Incentive here.
