Communications Coordinator

The primary focus of the Communications Coordinator is providing administrative and operational support for the Communications Department.  Administrative activities include managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data entry for clients, familiarization tours (FAMS) and events as well as any additional projects associated with CRM and other media monitoring systems. Prepare amenity orders, research/reporting and other duties assigned by the department. The individual must have an understanding of all destination attributes and stakeholder assets and have an excellent working knowledge of Greater Palm Springs
